Exercise does not need to be strenuous to provide you with lasting benefits.  A program of walking helps control weight, reduces the risk of dying prematurely due to heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Regular walking helps build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints, and provides relief from depression and anxiety.   Walk with a buddy - make a pact with a friend!
